Integration
Integration is a ceiling mounted home appliance that combines a lamp and an air purifier. The central barrel of the unit holds the purification device, so fresh air is released 360 degrees across the room. Mounting on the ceiling instead of the floor saves usable space in open plans that join kitchen, dining room and living room. ABS and stainless steel are the main materials. A single button with a light display controls the appliance. Red, orange and green indicate the off mode, the lighting mode and the purifying mode. A long press turns the system off.
Integration Multifunctional Air Purifier by Anzhen Zhang was identified as a creative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Integration Multifunctional Air Purifier was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2020. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award that honors outstanding design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
