Spinn
Spinn is a coffee maker designed for home use. Spinn brews coffee with a patented centrifugal system that spins at up to 6000 revolutions per minute to extract the aromas. The conical burr grinder is made of hardened steel and is driven by a direct current motor. The machine can be controlled with touch buttons, a smartphone application or voice control. The application allows digital recipes to be scanned, downloaded, adjusted and saved. Coffee is prepared from whole beans, so no pods are required, and the dried coffee grounds can be used as fertilizer.
Spinn Coffee Maker by Serge de Warrimont has been recognized as an outstanding representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Spinn Coffee Maker was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2022. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize that honors outstanding design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
